Hi Bob and Teri,
After the long wait and many changes to my custom saddle, I am finally riding and enjoying it immensely!!
After riding once in my husbands' saddle by Bob I was hooked. My saddle is well worth its weight in gold and the craftsmanship, quality and details were understandably the reason for the 9 month wait.
Many long phone calls with Terri assuring me that the decisions that were involved in designing it were precise and perfect before Bob proceeded. Now having my own saddle and riding in it, I am beyond words of the feel it gives me (Giving me confidence with my horse and my mountain riding abilities) and the fit for my horse is perfect!I went with the Vaquero style saddle with the wood post horn. I added the steppin out concho as a horn cap which I love! After riding in it the first time and taking it off my horse there were absolutely no dry spots! It's amazing what Bob's custom saddle has done for me and my horses!
In all the 57 years I have been riding I have never had such a beautiful, comfortable well made functional saddle that my horse loves as much as me!! What a difference!! Thank you so very much, Bob and Teri ~ Out West Saddlery is the Best!!!

I can't even begin to express how much Ted (my horse) and I absolutely love our new saddle! It fits him perfectly and he moves so much nicer because of the wider bars and flare of the tree. I'm so beyond grateful! I've been wanting to send pictures but all of the smoke has limited my ability to ride. I just wanted to let you know happy I am with my new rig. The time you took with me to make sure the saddle fit me and my horse was well worth it as it fits Lady and I like a glove. After riding it for a day I can say it is one of the most comfortable saddles I have ever ridden. While fit and comfort are most important to me it sure doesn’t hurt that it looks fantastic also. The matching breast collar, bridle and saddle pockets really set it off. The family crest that Bob carved on the pockets look fantastic. Lady really does look like a Lady with this rig.
Thanks again for the top notch service and craftsmanship. It is a pleasure to deal with folks that still have old style cowboy values.

Rudy Klassen Spur Straps
Dear Bob and Terri:
Sorry it took so long to get back to you, I have really been busy. I received the spur straps about 3 weeks back and when I opened the box my grin must have been ear to ear. You guys did such a beautiful job on the leather engraving to match my holster and rounds belt along with the silver Durango buckle and silver el paso conchos. I get a glow on every time I look at them. Wow, I am extremely happy. I display them in my 5 foot all glass cabinet in my living room along with my 16 inch bowie knife and autographed western photo of Clint Eastwood until it is time for the cowboy action shooting. After every shoot they will be cleaned up and put back in the special cabinet, that’s how much I cherish them already. They look great with the Jeremiah Watt spurs I picked the OTB 40.
One of your staff called me today and asked if it would be okay for you guys to display them on facebook. I told her no problem. If you guys want I have some pictures with them on my boots standing up on a pedestal, send me an e-mail and I will send them. I definitely look forward to doing more business with you guys in the near future.

Terri, you are so, so, so amazing
Your company always go far beyond my expectations.
You are fast, receptive, take time, send pictures, propose very very rare items, and your chaps really are oeuvres d'art, I had never seen so many wonderful chaps anywhere else.
I wished I had lots of legs....
I will probably wear them as soon as Monday - I am planning a horse ride on the trails and beach of Monterey.
