*UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select service are available on items in stock. For foreign orders we mostly ship through the postal service Priority International Insured, other options available.
-Saddle Pads and Cinches are Non-Returnable due to the liability of passing skin issues but we will pass on information to someone looking for a used one.
-New Custom Horse or Cowboy Gear Orders (saddles, headstalls, chinks, etc) are Non-Returnable! We will help with ideas on where to sell or resale for a 25% commission to cover advertising, loss of new sale and charge card fees, etc.
-Returns are subject to approval, you must call us first before shipping!
-Resale Items must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date to be eligible for a refund or exchange!
-Resale Items must be in new resalable condition!
-Shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchanges are subject to shipping charges!
-Resale Item Special Orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee!
We stand behind our materials and workmanship. Defective items which are returned are treated as a refund or replaced if damage or defect occurred during reasonable use as determined by us and other manufacturers we use!
