Jace Teller from JT Saddlery, LLC apprenticed with Bob and can make very similar gear and saddles with the same ergonomic principles he was taught. He is located in his own shop now in the town of Salmon, ID.
Out West Saddlery, LLC is no longer responsible for any custom leather orders made by Jace Teller/JT Saddlery, LLC.
We love to develop quality relationships with our customers, which is best accomplished by phone, where we can answer questions and help people with things like saddle fitting, matching colors of clothing and equipment for you and your horse, etc.
Shipping Charges:
*Because we are small and keep our shipping cost to you as low as possible backorders and exchanges will be charged for shipping.
Orders will be shipped by UPS or Priority Mail Insured
*UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select service are available on items in stock.
Return Policy:
-Saddle Pads and Cinches are Non-Returnable due to the liability of passing skin issues but we will pass on information to someone looking for a used one.
-New Custom Horse Gear (saddles, headstalls, etc) are Non-Returnable! We will help with ideas on where to sell or resale for a 25% commission to cover advertising, charge card fees, etc.
-Returns are subject to approval, you must call us first before shipping!
-Resale Items must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date to be eligible for a refund or exchange!
-Resale Items must be in new resalable condition!
-Shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchanges are subject to shipping charges!
-Resale Item Special Orders may be subject to a 20% restocking fee!
Warranty Policy:
We stand behind our materials and workmanship. Defective items which are returned are treated as a refund or replaced if damage or defect occurred during reasonable use as determined by us and other manufacturers we use!
